SHIPPING...
Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).
Continental US:
For orders delivering to addresses within the Continental US, we offer Standard Shipping which starts at $8.99 (typically arrives in 3-5 business days) and 2-Day Shipping which starts at $24.99 (typically arrives in 1-2 business days). The exact shipping rate will automatically calculate based on the size of the order.
Orders of $199+ will automatically receive free Standard Shipping.
Parcels will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Alaska & Hawaii:
For orders delivering to addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, we ship via UPS and rates are calculated at checkout. Customers may select from UPS Standard, Ground or 2nd Day Air.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS...
More than anything we want you to love what you've ordered from us, but if something does not fit correctly or otherwise does not meet your needs or expectations, we are happy to assist you with exchanging or returning those items provided our conditions for doing so are met.
In-Store Purchases...
Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date or purchase provided the receipt is presented, tags are on, and there are otherwise no visible signs of wear or use. In the case of a return, the refund will be issued to the original form of tender. If, however, the items returned were a gift, then a store credit will be issued.
Holiday Extended Exchange Period: Non-final sale items purchased in-store between 11/16/2024-12/24/2024 may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value through 1/15/2025. Please note that no refunds to original tender or store credits will be issued beyond the above-stated 10 day return policy.
Online Purchases...
Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase provided tags are on and there are otherwise no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate your return, please log in to your account and request a return. If your return request is approved, please either use the return label provided (flat fee of $8.99) or ship the approved items back to us at the following address:

Returned items must be deposited at the appropriate mail carrier within 5 business days of the issuance of return approval.
Upon receipt of your return, the items will be inspected and, if approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of tender. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund and that the original shipping fee paid when the order was placed is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Currently, in the interest of efficiency, we do not accept exchanges for items purchased online. Instead, we recommend that you purchase the new item(s) immediately to ensure availability and then proceed with returning the item(s) that you do not wish to keep.
